What is The Fourth Sanctuary?
A five-star, clinically guided postpartum recovery retreat in the Netherlands. It brings together the Korean tradition of sanhujori and Western midwifery, built on warmth, nourishment and rest.
Who is it for?
New mothers and their partners, including international families living in the Netherlands.
Can my partner stay?
Yes. Partners are welcome to stay through these first weeks.
What kind of care is offered?
Care is continuous and clinically guided, grounded in Western midwifery, day and night.
Where is the retreat?
In an existing five-star hotel in the Netherlands. The location will be announced later.
What does a stay cost, and how long is it?
The stay is fully self-funded. Programme, length of stay and rates are shared personally on request. For questions about insurance, please ask your insurer.
Is the retreat open?
We are preparing to open. You can join the waiting list and we will contact you personally.
